One of our prestigious clients who is into “Shipping and logistics” is looking for experienced “Executive Business Development ” to work in their UAE office immediately.
Job Description
- Major responsibilities include generating leads by identifying potential clients within the industry.
- meet with the management, marketing teams.
- Confer with them regarding our services and how we can assist in fulfilling their targets.
- Maintain accurate and complete Employees records and client databases.
- Attend professional meetings, conferences, and training workshops, in order to maintain and improve professional work competence.
- Conduct follow-up interviews with clients to determine if their needs have been met.
- Prepare reports on employees and activities as required by the administration.
- Develop business plans, project plans, forecasts, timelines, financial objectives, and priorities critical programs and elements necessary to achieve the sales and marketing objectives on a consistent basis.
Job Requirements
- A diploma/Degree in Business Development or a similar field is preferable.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role in the shipping&logistics industry.
- Age between 25 – 32
- Strong “Positive” thinking attitude.
- A pleasing personality.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication & networking ability.
- Good command of written & spoken, English &Arabic.
- Fluency in the Arabic and English languages is an added advantage.
- Should be comfortable to work in the field according to the plans
