Job Description
- Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications.
- Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer conversations.
- Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality.
- Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing).
- Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization.
- Represents ThreeWill values to other associates and clients.
- Creates or contributes to technical articles published on ThreeWill sites and/or for technical publications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 1+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Understanding of software testing techniques and QA process.
- Experience in test planning and test effort estimation.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, test designing, and writing test plans and test cases.
- Experience and familiarity with test management software and SQL.
- Experience with Agile Software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with mobile testing experience across different platforms (iOS, Android).
- Previous experience in testing Web Services and API’s.
- Effective time-management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good proficiency in English (Written/Spoken).
