Job Introduction
One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced “Finance Associates” to join them immediately.
Job Description
- Assisting with the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports.
- Processing requisition and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases.
- Advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures.
- Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments.
- Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.
- Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.
- Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Providing assistance with payroll administration.
- Keeping records and documenting financial processes.
- Analyzing financial data and assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
- Collecting, preparing, and organizing physical and digital documentation for auditing processes.
- Evaluating figures, accounts, and statements with other auditing clerks, internal auditors, and tax officers.
Job Requirements
- Age between 25 – 32
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or in a related field.
- At least 2-3 years experience working as a finance associate or similar position.
- Experience working as Senior Auditor/Lead Auditor in a recognized accounting firm (E&Y, KPMG, PwC, etc) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with computers, especially bookkeeping or financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and math skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Team player with a strong personality.
